Dishonored Credit Card charges: If your form of payment is refused by your bank (example: you dispute the charge through your credit card company), our bank charges us a fee. In the event of such an occurrence, you agree to reimburse us the actual chargeback fees that we are charged by our bank, plus an additional $50 processing fee for the inconvenience of collecting the payment. If you do not reimburse us for all fees within one week of notification of the dishonored payment, we will file a fraud complaint against your state and/or national license or certification, to whatever entity you have used this CE course for license issuance or renewal.

Changes to Terms of Service:

TheCEzone reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time by posting revised Terms of Service online. By using our services after such policy changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of this website without notice or liability.
CE Broker: As an approved CE Provider we report your CE credits to CE Broker. You agree that you must provide your license number accurately to prevent delays in reporting.
